After graduating from the Philadelphia Union’s Academy prior to arriving at the University of Virginia, Darius Madison found Reading United AC was the logical place to continue his development ahead of his sophomore season for the Cavaliers. The forward made 13 appearances for Reading this summer, scoring twice and adding an assist, and has built on that performance this fall with five goals and two assists for Virginia, including both goals in the Cavaliers’ 2-0 victory against previously undefeated No. 2 Notre Dame on Saturday afternoon.
